What time can I check-in and check-out?
Check-in time is 4PM, check-out is at 11AM.
What’s the hotel’s reservation cancellation policy?
Although we’d love for you to stay with us, we know things may come up. Hotel cancellation policies vary based upon rate and location – contact your hotel for more information
Is there Wi-Fi access in every hotel?
Yes – we want our guests to stay connected. Wi-Fi is available in the lobby of all hotels, and access to in-room Wi-Fi is included as part of the Hotel Facilities Fee.
What is the smoking policy?
All hotels are smoking-free environments. Smoking in your room will result in a $300 fine.
Do the hotels offer business services?
Yes – access to business services, including high-speed internet, scanning and printing, is included in your Hotel Facilities Fee.
Do you have a business center?
Located in our lobby we invite guests to use our Business Center for easy access to our computers. Guest are welcome to use our 2 computers and printer.
Do you have a pool/fitness center?
Although we do not have a pool, guests can stay fit in our state-of-the-art cardio and weight training stations for you to stay fit and keep up with your exercise, open 24/7.
Can I bring my pet?

Is the size of the Terrace Suite the same as One-bedroom King Suite?
Our Terrace Suites range from 550-650 sqf/51-60 sqm and are expansive apartment style spaces complete with separated living and sleeping rooms, work desk, sleeper sofa, two flat screen TV’s, and large bath.
Our One-bedroom King Suite which range from 450-650 sqf/42-60 sqm, comes fitted with One Queen or King Bed, the bathroom has either a roll-in shower or bathtub with grab bars. (450-650 sqf / 42-60 sqm). are the same size.
Is there a pullout sofa in your guest rooms?
Our One & Two-Bedroom Apartments, One Bedroom Empire Suites, Terrace Suites and Penthouse Suites offer comfortable pullout sofas.

How big is the terrace in your terrace suites?
The terraces are approximately 4’ wide and varies in length from 48’-60+’.
Is there a limit to how long I can stay at one of the hotels?
Not at all – Sonesta Hotels of New York welcomes guests to stay for as long as they like, whether it’s a day, a week, a month, or even longer. Visit our Services & Amenities page to learn more about extended stays.
What is the “Hotel Facilities Fee” included on my bill?
Our Hotel Facilities Fee provides you with the following amenities:

- Unlimited local/national calls

- One-time $15 Dry Cleaning Service credit for your stay
*Must be redeemed daily and cannot roll over. Not valid on day of departure
Is there a fee to have more than five packages delivered/held at the hotel?
We are happy to receive/hold up to five packages on behalf of our guests leading up to and during their stay. There is a flat fee per package per day over the five complimentary packages and packages sent more than two days prior to arrival are subject to refusal or storage fees of an additional $7.50 per box per day:
- Small $5 (up to 15”x11”x3”)
- Medium $7.50 (up to “18×13”x3”)
- Large $10 (anything over)

Do the hotels offer valet services?
We offer valet parking for $75 per 24-hour period for cars and $85 for oversized vehicles (SUVs and minivans). Please note there are no in and out privileges for either parking option. Our self-parking option is $52 per 24-hour period for cars, $62 for oversized vehicles (SUVs and minivans) per every 24-hour period.
How far are you from (Times Square)?
Times Square is approximately a 15-minute walk.
How far are you from NYU Langone?
NYU Langone is conveniently located just 7 blocks away, or a 6-minute drive. Just ask the bellman to call you a cab!
