We have created an Affinia Winter Wonderland, redesigning our terraces … an outdoor space to truly enjoy the hotel. With beautiful greenery, and so much more. In addition to an amazing outdoor space you will receive, Ice skating for two in central park, 2 tickets to the central park zoo, Godiva Hot Cocoa Set (with mug and mix), and breakfast for two. Come ‘home’ to your suite for some yummy hot chocolate, cozy up on the terrace with a blanket, and watch the Wonder of New York City!
The Winter Village at Bryant Park is the perfect place to spend the day with family and friends. Enjoy hot cocoa after a round of ice-skating or walk around the open-air holiday market filled with artisanal shops, to pick up unique holiday gifts. And to finish your day grab a bite or a cocktail at The Lodge! Bumper Cars on Ice are back January 17 – February 28!
Every winter, New York Botanical Gardens puts on an exciting train exhibition. More than 175 New York Landmarks are re-created with a new theme every year. This is all displayed in the Enid A. Haupt Conservatory lit up by spectacular Christmas lights. This year’s exhibition showcases Central Park, with its iconic landscape fashioned in mosses and hollies, and architectural treasures such as Belvedere Castle. You have until Sunday, January 26th to experience!
Situated in Gramercy, Rolf’s is a whimsical German restaurant decked to the halls with garland, ornaments, lights and Christmas galore. The food is authentic German, serving favorites like schnitzel and potato pancakes. Make sure to get that perfect Instagram shot before leaving, as the decorations are a true sight to behold.
Soak in sweeping views of the Brooklyn Bridge, the Statue of Liberty, and lower Manhattan as you skate on top Pier 17 Rooftop. Ice skating in New York City is one of those classic experiences that never gets old. But there’s always room to elevate your rink game — which you can do right here with a spin on the ice atop The Rooftop at Pier 17. After a fun-filled debut last season, Winterland Rink is back and larger in size, serving up more spectacular views of the East River, the Brooklyn Bridge and the Manhattan skyline. Open until March 15, 2020.
