Celebrating Easter in NYC this weekend?
Head to Rockefeller Center’s inaugural Easter Egg Hunt featuring a day of family-friendly, free activities on Saturday, March 31 from 10-2pm on the center plaza! The day’s free activities will include an Easter Egg Hunt for children ages 2-10, live musical performances, Easter bonnet making stations, prize giveaways, and more. All activities are free and open to the public. Additionally, enjoy complimentary skate rentals for your littlest bunnies (all children under 11 years of age) from 8:30am-6pm on Saturday, March 31, at The Rink at Rockefeller Center.
Another free weekend activity we recommend is exploring The Flower Show at Macy’s Herald Square at 151 W 34st Street, between Sixth and Seventh Avenues. The Flower Show will stun you with their theme of “Once Upon A Springtime” creating storybook scenes that the kids will adore. Macy’s explains the “show imagines an amazing world of wonder. Lose yourself in all of the breathtaking delights as you enter a land typically seen only in the most fanciful fairy tales. Explore spectacular settings where heroic characters triumph over competing forces to usher in the beauty of spring. You’ll be sure to interact with the Flower Show like never before.” The show is on display through April 8th.
