“Affinia Manhattan has completed a two-year, $33 million renovation. The property now has 618 guest accommodations, including 84 one- and two-bedroom suites, several which have kitchens and terraces. The Rockwell Group drew inspiration from art studios for the guestroom design. Carpeting in the guestroom corridors has bright gold lines to symbolize the city’s energy; Moudy Elkammash’s photography depicting views from the property hangs on the walls. Rottet Studio designed the new public areas and event spaces.”
