Our Metro Hotel Concierge provides personalized service to give our guests an insider’s view of New York City. This includes assistance with transportation, theater tickets, city tours, arranging pet services and babysitting services, flower deliveries, restaurant reservations and more. Broadway/Theater Entertainment Tickets
Our specialized staff can assist with tickets for hard-to-get theater, sports and entertainment venues, even a few hours before performance time. For guaranteed availability, it’s best to book ahead, so contact us with the show you are interested in, and we can make arrangements for you ahead of time. Not sure what you want to see? Sightseeing
Whether you are visiting for one day or one week, there is always more of New York to see. Choose from popular double-decker bus tours, some which include the Statue of Liberty and Empire State Building tickets, or enjoy harbor cruises, helicopter tours and more. Prefer to explore museums? We can pre-arrange museum passes for MoMA, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, or the Museum of Natural History. Airport Transfers
Shuttle service and private car transfers are available between all area airports and the hotel. The shuttle service departs from the hotel once per hour and is the most economical way to travel to the airport. A private transfer can be arranged for any time and for any number of people.

From a quick pre-theater bite to a romantic dinner overlooking Times Square, our concierges are experts on area restaurants and can recommend the perfect place to fit your tastes.
