Spa Etiquette
Please arrive 15–20 minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment. This allows time for a leisurely check-in, a change of clothes and a few moments to relax before your spa experience. To maintain the serenity of the spa, we ask that you turn off your cellular phone upon arrival. Please present all gift cards and promotional coupons at check-in. Please note that your scheduled time is your table time. If you arrive late, you will be charged in full, but we will do our best to accommodate your entire service.
It is customary to provide your therapist or esthetician a 15–20% gratuity (cash only) if you were happy with the services provided.
Note: All spa guests must be at least 14 years of age.
Appointment and Cancellation Policy. Due to the popularity of our services, we highly recommend you make a reservation in advance. We will always do our best, however, to accommodate your requests. A major credit card is required to hold your reservation. If you need to cancel or reschedule a reservation, we require 24 hours notice. Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance will be billed in full. You must speak to a member of our staff in order to cancel any spa appointment(s), and you will receive a cancellation number for your reference. If you cannot provide us with a cancellation number, your credit card will be charged in full. Treatment times and prices are subject to change without notification.
Pregnancy Safety Policy. No body treatments (massage or hydrotherapy) can be received during the first trimester (12 weeks) of pregnancy. Be sure to inform your therapist if you are using Retin A, accutane, or have had laser surgery.
